• Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping - $10.95 (incl. tax) flat rate for orders under $100.

• Express Shipping: Express Shipping – $19.90 (incl. tax) flat rate for orders under $100

• FREE Express Shipping: Express shipping for any orders over $100 

• Shipping methods:  Express: Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for same-day dispatch, though this may not always be guaranteed. – Please contact us before placing an order to make sure your order can be dispatched the same day.

International

We also ship out products out internationally to customers in New Zealand, please find our shipping information below:

• Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping - $29.95 (incl. tax)

• Express Shipping: Express Shipping – $49.95(incl. tax)

Returns

All stocked items from R-KAE Maintenance Solutions are able to be returned if you have ordered the wrong item or ordered by mistake. To return your items please contact us via phone or email to discuss your options.

Domestic and International returns are happily accepted within 30 days of receiving the order providing goods are still in brand new condition and in original packaging. Please ensure returned items are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping of returned items will need to be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake by R-KAE Maintenance Solutions or is a warranty return.

We reserve the right to deduct the initial shipping costs from any refund issued in connection with a return or cancellation.

Once the item has been received by R-KAE Maintenance Solutions we will process the refund or credit to the customers chosen payment method at no charge.
